Interesting! shows the bulk of aid goes to south. its self evident aid doesnt help africa.
also, those ngos never disburse more than 30% of their socalled aid as most go to administering it.

exactly! its free money albeit with interests, it gives the opportunistic warlords an incentive to start conflicts. because if aid stopped and the only financials are generated from taxes on their hardwon shilling they will think twice to overthrow the gov.

Aid money gets spent by NGOs mostly for their cost. An average NGO worker would spend $50 per night on accommodation. $60-120 on hiring an SUV. Plus the NGO workers can claim back their expenses. If you add their salary your are looking at a total cost of $5,000 - $10,000 per individual per month.
If only that kind of money was spent on the needy people.

Yup, with aid money ppl spend it recklessly and ppl don't keep track of it, but with tax money, the leaders will think twice about stealing the ppls money, and the benefit of tax is that ppl will demand results of what their money is being spent on.
