Yes, bruv the business tycoon days are numbered. They have played the game for too long now it is the governments time to play the game.

They are also trying to stir Hawiye by saying the government needs to take taxes from Garowe/Bosaaso because they're daarood which is kind of true but dumb because most of this money will return back to Bakaro or even better Hawiye areas through infrastructure the 2 main roads entering Bakaro have been completed already without them and they have the audacity to talk.

Also since we don't have a proper system in place the Tax could easily increase prices of daily goods by 10% or more.

Vendors have to get their products from suppliers which are also taxed.

Not to mention any other further taxes down the supply chain.

The poorest in Xamar spend up to 50% of their income on daily necessities.

However if the government promised transparency on how they manage their finance then it would've been worth the pain.
