Sool, Sanaag & Awdal can't be separate from Woqooyi Galbeed. They share too much in culture and in economy. Cutting them up in small pieces will make them weaker and cause more conflict.
Just look at what happened when Southern Somalia broke themselves in pieces and each were given their own "state". They are now under woyane and kikuyu occupation.
