Hasan Sheikh has much more power than past presidents like Cumar Cabdirashid or Aden Cadde. I cannot see how CCC has any power to directly challenge Hasan Sheikh and win in the end. It seems that the post of PM should be the most powerful but Hasan Shiekh has managed to remove 2 PMs in 2 years. Hasan Sheikhs grip on parliament is such that the President is actually the executive in all but name. I doubt the PM has any control over the military, judicial appointments and such.

I like the idea of a Chinese style in Somalia. That's not our only concern. How do we prevent clans taking advantage of a one state party?
