If Deni implements a proper democracy in Puntland plus he did excellent security reforms and killed shabab while he restructured the Darawish to be a proper army with general-colonels-commander structure across all Puntand military bases no more ina hebel and his militia or ghost soldiers, this is a huge legacy that he will be remembered for. Nah, the people who use the service might be evading taxes, not the company itself. Crypto is often used to hide money from governments.
Many African countries and China have banned it for that reason.
