Half of them are owned by non-Somalilanders...besides Dahabshiil who do you think owned the other money transfer places in Hargeisa...they own shops and construction companies..while I was there I came to realize that people there don't give a dam abt your qabiil, all they care about is to make business with you..qabiil is here in the West..over there it's all abt the survival of the fittest
