Is somalia seriously a utopia in this regard? goverments are kind of already a cancer in the 3rd world. and the ungrateful guilt tripped cadans deep down fantasize about the countries free for all kind of disposition.

That's a very typical western and uninformed outlook.

A lib utopia doesn't make sense and can never happen aslong as there are people able to exploit that society. It means no one In charge and everyone decided to go about things with no overlords what so ever.

Would you describe somalia like that? No way they live in a clan based society back home and everyone basically has someone to answer to mainly clan leaders. So no somalia ain't libertarian. It's just we don't have a centralised government and what we have is fragile with not much power.
Rather people within the localities hold that power over you instead whether it's because of inner clan politics or just in general they hold an influence of some kind that they use to lord over the people.

True, they’re very misinformed and stupid.

The average Somali pays more to their federal state than other Africans pay to their government, and views the me-me mindset of libertarians with contempt.

Libertarians usually argue for a small state, with v limited powers. Typically, they prefer a small gov, low taxes, and little if any regulation. Personally, I don't think this is feasible in the developed world. In fact, I don't think it's a good idea anywhere. You're putting your people at the mercy of the "free market", with no security net.

"Somalia is a libertarian utopia" is often used as a diss towards libertarians (and Somalia by association) by their political opponents , since Somalia had no functioning gov (and therefore no / low taxes + regs) for decades. It's not a compliment.

In any case, this is a form of positive publicity that I can support. Edgy white kangs have somehow managed to romanticize a land of anarchy, plagued by poverty and starvation, where the most vulnerable members, women and children, suffer the most.

Still, I can sympathize because is human nature to yearn for freedom and to live life on one's own terms. Contrary to what is portrayed in the media, developed countries do not possess these qualities, and we are all ensnared in the rat race of paying bills and other such obligations.

The music is garbage.

Those Ayan Rand Libertarians overestimate their intelligence, eclipsed by their insatiable egotistical natures.

I'm sorry, but you're a retard if you think no regulation and lack of central power fix all problems.

@Pluto1001 are you a fob or basra?

Your actions perplex me do you not fully understand English or something :farmajoyaab:

Why you reacting to my comments?
tell me what you want sources on
I was reacting to your DP. Let me be honest you and @Angelina seem on par. Like you can hold a conversation I asked for sources because I don’t think you understand world politics. You seem to have a very revisionist narrative.

I'm confused do you wanna know about what a libertarian utopia would look like or it's definition or something like that or do you want sources on whether somalia is or isn't a libertarian utopia?

I would assume your somali so you would be aware that somalia is a clan based society and always has been. The people revolve around and answer to there clans. Most regions are controlled by different clans in somalia which means its always been federal in nature. Which is why each region is unofficially autonomous and technically always has been and is also why civil war broke out because they started encroaching on each others autonomy and every clan wanted a shot at lording over the rest. Basically tribalism.

A libertarian utopia would mean no government no overlords no one in control and no rules basically everything is lawless. That ain't possible because someone will capitalise on that and in effect will become the law themselves.

Be more specific with what you want and then I can actually engage and revisionist how exactly can you elaborate

You talk and act like @Basra so I came to the conclusion that perhaps you are her on another account and fob because your replies never made sense or were short so I asummed maybe you were a fob (fresh off the boat) maybe you didn't understand English but you do so this just makes you seem even more like @Basra since she tends to respond like how you have been in our exchange all the time.

But it's just a theory :hmm:
