Remember the mother is scientifically proven to determine the intelligence of their offspring.
Also attractive parents are necessary because no matter how intelligent you are you will be judged on your appearance.
The more beauty you have the better you will do in life.

Are you extrapolating based on IQs from MENA regions (excluding Israel) and better developed SSA nations? I still think that's very low. Do you mean to tell me if you had a similar level of development in the west, back home that the average IQ would be hovering at 85? I find this hard to believe. Try developing a multi-modal algorithm that factors in possible gains that can be attributed to nutrition, education and other environmental factors that may influence IQ. Thanks.
