This idea that they're just gonna swallow us up seems just alarmist to me. And most Oromos in Somalia actually try to assimilate. As in learn the language, pretend to be of a qabil and try to be accepted as Somalis. If that happens in large numbers it will hardly be the "end" of Somalis. Just a bit of a genetic shift toward the Ethiopian highlands in some areas but the same culture, religion and language.
