The truth has come out to light about the igu sawir administration of Xaarmaajo. No considerable achievements under his tenure(conceding the central bank to the International Misery Fund isn't an achievement)His administration was outmaneuvered by the UAE and Ethiopia with the signing of this deal.
The previous Berbera deal by Somaliland was supposedly signed off as "Null and void", or was it? This has the UAE written all over it. The Crown Prince of the golden toilet seat was in Addis Ababa just yesterday, promising to help cash strapped Ethiopia with 3 billion to fill their foreign currency reserves and additional investments into their liquid assets.
I doubt Ethiopia will seek any considerable investments into any of the ports(4 ports, including Berbera)under this agreement with the exception of Berbera. This was signed to soley undermine the secessionist ambitions of Somaliland. Somalia will be making major concessions to Ethiopia and if Berbera is included in the ports, this will possibly legitimize the DP World deal. Khaat Bihi and Xaarmaajo could have come to the negotiating table like two statesmen and hashed out any issues.
A cat and mouse game by two feeble-minded retarded administrations has led Xaarmaajo to hand Somalia's most important assests to Ethiopia. The mildly autistic fat Gaas has also signed off Puntland's ports to "P&O", otherwise known as "DP world". Such treacherous leaders our country has been blessed with. Low 60's IQ manifests itself yet again
. The MOU of understanding between Ethiopia and UAE is the biggest threat our ppl face, yet Pland, Somaliland, and now the CFG bootyclap for the enemy in unison.
Within 24 hours of his meeting with Sheikh of the golden toilet seat, the Ethiopian PM touched down in Aden Abdulle Airport, greeted by Xaarmajo as he stepped out of the tarmac. They presided over a "joint" press conference with both leaders shoulder to shoulder sharing the podium. Make no mistake about it, this was no joint press conference, this was Abiy Ahmed's grand entrance has the head of State of the Somali protectorate of Ethiopia.
Why not seek an investment deal with established countries such as Russia, China, India etc. Countries who are capable of committing to such a high profile investment. Why Ethiopia, a cash strapped debt ridden country(but but... Ethiopia is the fastest growing economy in Africa).
Those in this forum who support this deal from both sides, please state why? I wonder what the mujahideen Al Shabaab think of this deal?
