the more likely scenario which is Jawaari asked the Administration for his usual check he received from Hassan qoslaaye for not bringing motions against the PM. (That's why each president had Multiple PM's)
Framaajo reportedly told his admin to tell Jawaari he ain't getting shit and to never bring it up again. Jawaari then got pissed off and started going around looking for votes to bring a Motion against kheyre for a vote, it fell flat on it's face bc Jawaari didn't even get enough votes to be able to bring it in front of the parlement.
Kheyre then clapped back by getting over a hundred votes for a motion against Jawaari. Then Jawaari being the head of the Parlement convinced a couple of people (around 7 or 8) to change their vote against him which they did. Then he lied and doubled the number bc he's the speaker and there's no one to check him on it and claimed 16 changed their vote against him, 91 was left in favor of the motion just 1 shy of the 92 needed to bring it up for a vote. Bunch of members came out and said IDK WTF he's talking about but 16 people didn't all change their mind the last minute.
As a response for his misuse of power kheyre brought in the military to guarantee the vote against jawaari is brought in front of the parliament. Jawaari then changed his toon and started playing the victim card, "this is kacaan type shit, this that..if the parliament fails it bc of kheyre" the usual
Then he conceded And said he'll "allow" for the vote against him to take place.
This is where we are now, it looks very likely that Jawaari is headed out. The only save face he has is if the Parliament and the inner circle help to sort it out between the two
