I like iPhones, but I hateee Macbooks.

I have a supped up Lenovo T420 that's a beast, I'll probably switch over to Linux on soon.. That thing probably has more years of top-notch performance in it than I do.

Recently got a cheap ass 11 inch laptop for my commute. They pretty handy, about the right size for traveling and since I only use it for social media, youtube, some websites, and word/pdf/excel on it the specs don't matter that much.

A Macbook air '11 would cost 4 times as much, lool. I'd rather replace my '11 every year with one with higher specs than buy a fucking Mac air.

Gotta admit that 'gimmick' looks nice though. I'm not always practical. There are some areas where I happily splurge, laptops just aren't one of them.
