Geedi is Abgaal like Farmajo's opponents Hassan Sheikh, Sheikh Sharif and the other "National Parties Forum" members. However unlike them he's also staunchly pro government so he could be a compromise candidate.

He's not pro-Gov, the guy gets paid every month to be a cheerleader for N&N, he's a massive tuug who stole millions when he was in office as well.
