The Gulf Arabs are very smart, wallahi. They likely circumcise their females as much Egyptians and Malays do it however they've absolutely refused to let feminist "human rights" groups come to their nations.

I once heard that when the American Academy of Pediatrics realized that female circumcision wasn't all the evil that it was cracked up to be, feminist groups automatically went for their throats and started protesting; the AAP immediately backtracked. These same feminist groups are known to exaggerate the consequences of female circumcision for their agendas.
