The ministerial and top directors of the Somaliland administration by the Siyad Barre pilot turned SNM terrorist guerilla fighter Muse Bihi has exposed the extreme tribalistic nature of the tiny region of Somaliland administration.
The apartheid state was created by the Midwestern state of the former British Somaliland and for 30 years the state was infamous for neglecting other clans such as Dhulos,Warsans and the Gudibiirsis who happen to be the same numbers as the once in charge poplution wise and numbers.
What Muse Bihi Did is pure Qabyaalad and I agree with why the YouTuber above is depising this,the triangle barren region's president nominated all the 31 ministers to Isaq only(only 45% of the British SL population) and all the important tops posts to his tribe exclusivly and neglected others.
