These 3 men in the picture created this situation that necessitated a court case when ownership of maritime territory (wasn't in dispute by signing the MOU agreement.) BTW the three men are running for precidency race in 2016. Later the Somali parliament rejected this agreement. After failing in parliament, Somali government or these men had internationalized undisputed area to give Kenya legal cover. So the dispute was Self-created one.
Kenya’s entire argument disregarding the jurisdiction is based on one paragraph of the MOU which is absurd!
Now these 3 men sold our maritime border to Kenya. Trust me if Kenya wins this case, get ready for annexing jubbland.
Small note the men are sharif sheikh Somali president, his prime minister sharmarke and the last one is warsame the minister of planning who signed the MOU. They should present to court as traitors.
