I said maybe because I'm not entirely sold on Islam being the true religion, but I still practice it for now.

And whether I'm Muslim or not doesn't really matter in this case. I don't like to mix my religion with the law of a secular society. If two women want to bang who should I be to stop them?

Of course it matters, Fiqh encompasses politics. It is haram to vote against a party with the more Islamic values. Noone said you should stop them yourself though. You're supposed to follow the law of the land after all. But much more importantly if you aren't completely sold on Islam as you say, you aren't a Muslim. You can't have one foot in and one foot out, you're either a Muslim or you're not. Don't waste your time practising the deen if you aren't a believer, your good deeds aren't accepted. May Allah guide you back to it.

no, that is not correct. if there is a candidate who wants to implement the sharia or in certain situations, it's debatable but the most authentic opinion is that we generally shouldn't vote- at least that's the opinion I follow.

You say Islam is expansionist? Can you name me one religion which isn't? Hint, there aren't any. Islam does not encourage slavery so much as it permits it, as do both the other two Abrahamic religions, Judaism and Christianity.

And as for your baseless allegation Islam is fundamentally sexist, this is simply untrue. If it were not for the incredible extent of your ignorance, you would have known that pre-Islam Arabia had fathers who would bury their baby daughters alive, as they saw them as a burden. Our beloved Rasullulah SAW forbade this. Is this the behaviour of one who believes in the superiority of male over female?
