The Somali language spoken in South Somalia vs Xamar

This is a clip from people in Galaadi. I'm from the extreme North and I can understand 99% of the vocab. Galaadi is even further south (but also to the west) of Mogadishu.



Compare this to Xamari accent


Where I can't understand 50% of what is being said and how they change the endings of words etc even though I get the gist. This to me suggests that the galaadi people have kept the language saafi of forgein influence but something is off about the xamar accent.
