There are Somalis in on this stuff too. I remember encountering a well-off family in Dubai. Lived in an upper crust, luxury neighborhood with a large gated villa and a Porsche Cayenne. My mother asked me what I assumed they did for money. I just figured they were business types like us. She then explained that these folks ran an "NGO" and would basically siphon funds off of it and work the books so that the majority of the money went to them and peanuts went to the folks back home who actually needed it. May Allah curse their souls.
