It looks wholesome because it does not keep up with the politics happening in the country, failed liberation from Al Shabaab, failed strengthening of key institutions, failed to get the country united. We are behind so many countries precisely because of 4.5. People have accepted the fact that Somalia is a failed country and a laughing stock. If change is to happen, it must start with accountability.
