Imagine the mogul to be who creates a somali corruption, moryanism, criminal, terrorism facebook and sub divides it into each region of Somalia and everyone uploads criminals, terrorists, moryans to be named and shamed plus they all got smartphones 90% of the ppl and internet so there no logistic or capability issue.
