the traffic around bakaaraha is also way too filthy for a district that pays the most taxes. the government should prioritize howlwadaag on principle yet something as basic as road congestion isn't being taken serious.

I agree with you. Tax payers get hardly anything in return. Banaadir gov needs to invest in Hawlwadaag more.

I agree. It’s part of the principal to pay tax regardless of outcome. Just wished Banaadir gov did more for the people.

The funny thing is that when I was in Xamar, people always told me to avoid Kaaran because that was when Ciyaal weero was ravaging the city and Kaaran was the most dangerous area to be in.

Since then Kaaraan have made a comeback. Lots of development there atm + the new xaafad they will build
