They got mercenaries from ASWJ to fight Galmudug (to break the peace deal Xaaf signed with them) which even General Galal exposed.
Then they tried to get another war started between Galmudug and Puntland to break the peace deal signed between Gaas and Xaaf, by arming some mercenaries to kill people at random, the war almost started had it not been for Xaaf actions to diffuse tensions with Gaas.
Now they have paid their own clan mercenaries to potentially cause a civil war scenario in Kismaayo, Farmaajo is arming his clan's man for this, his previous visit to Kenya he managed to open a closed custom border checking area specifically for his clan.
This made Madoobe suspicious because the rumours were that he struck a deal with Kenyatta to empower MX over the O.G in NFD, and the Kikuye are using this to blackmail madoobe, this is why Madoobe called this conference, a nationalist leader acting as a clan's chieftain.
Farmaajo also engineered a situation in Puntland were both the VP and President are clashing with each other because Camey is paid by the SFG, Gaas recently reinstated a police chief Camey Fired, while supporting the Kismaayo opposition conference which Camey opposes.
The same VP/President clash they engineered in Galmudug while sponsoring a motion against Sakiin using Ethiopia, the Ethiopian's told Sakiin not to rely on them any further for protection (hence he was forced into the hands of black water and the UAE for protection)
to try and stop the regional state's conference.
