It's not. They told us the exact same shit in 2016, and Trump did none of this after he was elected. The most he did was a half baked ban on immigration from a handful of Muslim majority countries. There are strict limits on presidential power in the US, so it's not like he can do any of these things even if he wanted to. All of this is just fearmongering to push people to vote on November.
That is not to say Trump is a good candidate, it is just that he is not the evil dictator the left makes him out to be. At the end of the day, American politics is just a yapping contest. Whether Trump gets elected or Kamala, our lives won't change either way.

The executive branch does not have the power to pass all these policies on their own. The Republicans need a majority in the House and a 60% majority in the Senate (basically impossible) to pass these laws.
The very fact that Trump is 'denying involvement' whilst his people's fingerprints are all over it, is enough of a sign for those who see. His hero is Putin, and his goal is to reshape the government completely.
