How exaclty this this forging and alleged fake voting happen?
As far as I know, all ballot papers have a number and there is a copy of the number on the book where you take out the ballots. They are not issued loose, you have to rip each ballot from the book

there was also internal observers and representatives of the 3 parties in all polling stations observing the election process. Wadani has no leg to stand on and most people knew they were going to act like this since they started complaining last few month (with some of their officials even threatening civil war if they dont win the election when they realised they had no chance)

no, int'l observers were only visiting 350 stations total, going from station to station throughout the day.
But there was SONSAF in 600 or so stations and as you say, all parties represent in the polling stations.
