If you watch the video, I think its clear she wasn't being serious.
She was flipping the argument men make that women shouldn't be outside after 6pm. They use that argument a lot in India as a way to suggest that the rape and murder of the female victims for being outside a certain time is there fault.
Men chat so much shit, but act shocked and innocent when women flip the script. The irony.

For real though I would welcome a man curfew.
Something like 98% of violent crime and sex crime is committed by men. The world would be so much safer if we could deal with this male problem.

As much as you want to act like men and women can be equal, it is impossible and we were not created that way. The truth is women should not be going at such a late time without a mahram. There are always men who do not fear Allah who will do bad things.
6 isn't late and not every woman has a man that can drop everything at short notice so that they can quickly do errands.
Funny how rape is very common in societies like India. That is because that culture is so misogynistic that when a woman is harmed, the first thing they do is try to find a way to blame the woman. Society as a whole does that. What message are they then sending men? They are sending the message that they can get away with it and a good % will make excuses including law enforcement.
Islamically women need Mahrams when they are travelling long distance. Not when they are going out about shopping, even at 6, 7, 8pm in their city. That isn't even late.
This has nothing to do with men and women being equal. This is about society not making excuses for men killing and raping us.

She was a non Muslim woman who went out most likely wearing what the average female in London wears, which is indecent. It's not "victim blaming" it is simply acknowledging personal responsibility. This is also in a country with degraded morals so you can expect these things to keep happening.
She was wearing normal clothes. All non Muslim women do not wear hijab. So if they are killed and harmed, you're suggesting its there fault?Also she was murdered. Does that mean if a woman wears certain things she deserves to get murdered?
You need to stop because rape, murder and acid attacks are also common in Bangladesh and Pakistan. The women there are non Western and wear modest clothings, yet their statistics are horrifying.
Same with India.

Clothes never indicated wether or not she is more deserving of being attacked, some sick person will try justify it but then again only a sick person rapes and kills...so what do we expect. Her crime is naivety.

Any crime after 6 pm would be assumed that a woman did it or at least have strong suspicion of that.

I didn’t say 6pm I just said a curfew wouldn’t be bad. It was also a joke, considering it’s impossible to put half the worlds population under curfew.
Even if there was a curfew - it wouldn’t stop crime altogether but it would reduce it. A lot of crime is not premeditated murder. It’s opportunistic. It’s seeing a girl walking home alone, looking around and realising there’s no one else around. It’s seeing someone’s bag slightly open/ their wallet slightly sticking out. This doesn’t mean such crimes cannot happen in the day before 6pm. But crime rises in the evening/night time. Probably because in the west people are more likely to be drunk, or maybe because the cover of darkness/ reduced visibility emboldens the criminals. They think they can get away with it better. So yeah ... curfew can work. But I was joking about them.
