but in america, i assume Ethiopians are more popular than you somalis cuz AA only mention them when they think east africa, AA aren't really exposed to yall like that, on a huge scale so when they see you they probably think ur a fellow AA with some weird mix that resulted in ur unusual facial features.

in the UK, somalis stand out in the black community, and people conversate with somalis enough to know the basics about about us,

it's not obsession to be interested in somali people, like most somalis you are not used to any attention so your overwhelmed when a ajnabi asks you about somalia

i read reports saying there are about 100,000 somalis in america, 30k live in minasota,

a few years ago there were reports there could be 70k or 40k or even 800k somalis in Uk and no one knows- the Uk goverment actually doesnt know as theyre are so many somalis with Eu passports moving here in the last 20 years so to them they are dnaish, swedish etc

i have seen somalis every where even near in tiny cities like worthing near Brighton south english coast,
