Reer UK takes the cup! They take pride in their food, their business, and they provide an authentic experience. But reer US? I bet the food is tasty, but there’s no effort to deliver authenticity. Why am I seeing ranch or fried chicken on bariis (subhanallah) culture appropriating African Americans, that’s despicable behaviour. You shouldn’t even be called a Somali restaurant for that. And where is the big lamb leg, the lamb shoulder? Why do y’all only serve suqaar? Step up your game

it’s because somali food in the UK managed to blow up and now mainly serve ajinabi, unlike the ones in the US. They take aesthetics into consideration now
