It's far less important then what we are facing where people are starving, terrorists are running around, political deadlocks, and so many more other challenges and they are worried about a few kids drinking and fucking girls. They can become dangerous these drug addicts and drunks I agree, and it can actually be a secret weapon to kill your people and hope, the more a nation has drug addicts and alcoholics the less it's productive in reality, you see how khat effects our productivity. That's the intention sometimes by nations not just 'money' making. Britain smuggled heroin to kill the chinese people, this meant they had basically zombies walking around, no productivity, no army, nothing was possible.

I don't want too much freedom on this stuff, their needs to be a fine line, they even become violent and criminal and start stealing and causing mayhem because addicts do that, our security goes down eventually and crime increases.
