On the other hand, the only active airport in Somaliland was first built by the British in 1954...so other than Somaliland refurbishing this airport in 2012 exactly what else has Somaliland done in this subject area in the last 26 years?

Going back to the issue at hand, are you so small minded that you think Puntlanders can’t accomplish anything on their own without relaying on foreign countries aid?
