PL gave Dhulbahante a third of parliamentary seats, VP role, etc but Dhulbahante and other Harti clans were not given a chance to join SL or PL, Khaatumo was hijacked by SL and Maakhir by PL. How would you feel if you had to choose between PL/SL or Somalia? It's very complicated.Even this, being in change in Gas's stead, the VP role, a whole THIRD!! of parliamentary seats in parliament, and yet still half of them, dont want anything to do with PL and hate it with all their hearts.

It Was Puntland that secure the Deal, without Puntland attracting investment and brokering the deal with Kuwait, maakhir university wouldn't have been built. You need a state institituion like Puntland to facilitate it, rich foreign countries don't just start building in remote region willy nilly
