Because you have a small united minority ruling with an iron fist and a divided majority, in addition to that, you have a non existing external support to the dissidents within Ethiopia.
Unity, no matter how small, will prevail over division anyday.

The internal minister of South west interim administration [ISWA] Abdirahman Ibrahim Aden has denied alleged killing of 14 civilians at Wardinle village by Ethiopian troops of AMISOM contingent.
