Water storage container

So a while back someone inspire me to buy galvanised water containers for my cousins in erigavo so that they can store water during the rainy season (especially near the cal madow highland region where it rains more). However i have no idea how to send those water containers to the homeland or if the government has laws prohibiting water storage. I figured there would be no laws prohibiting this practice since most of the water is wasted anyway due to the failure to capture it during the rainy season.

Really! do you have pictures and how much water can they store? it's strange to hear this and yet somalis don't stock up on these during the drought season.
