The people who inhabits Mogadishu are obviously anti-government. So we must come with firm everlasting decision. This cannot continue the way it is now.
1) Removing the capital city to Garowe or Hargeisa.

2) Every clan goes seperate path. We abolish Somalia. So everyone goes on its own way. Some(jubbaland) should join (if they wish) Kenya, and others(somaliland and puntland) should join(if they wish) Ethiopia.
Let the people of Mogadishu live under those whom they love! Clearly alshabaab(=which is hawiye). So let alshabaab cut off their hands, heads and treat them like abused xoolo.
