I’m currently around 6’2/6’3 and I weigh 214lb (for the Europeans, I’m 190cm and I weigh 97kg). I want to get down to 165-175 range and stay there.
I’ll eat 1,900 calories a day, with 200 grams of protein and low carbs with healthy fats.
As for working out, I’ll lift weights. I’ll be doing a PPL split (Push/Pull/Legs). As for Cardio, I’ll do 1-3 hours of running/walking (treadmill, walking at a lake, machines etc).
