Weight-loss Journey

I’m currently around 6’2/6’3 and I weigh 214lb (for the Europeans, I’m 190cm and I weigh 97kg). I want to get down to 165-175 range and stay there.

I’ll eat 1,900 calories a day, with 200 grams of protein and low carbs with healthy fats.

As for working out, I’ll lift weights. I’ll be doing a PPL split (Push/Pull/Legs). As for Cardio, I’ll do 1-3 hours of running/walking (treadmill, walking at a lake, machines etc).

I’ll come back to this thread in a month.

Mashallah I wasn’t expecting you to be so tall 🥳 I’m trying to get in shape too. Never realized how much weight I’ve gained since covid started.

No hate man but your gonna need more then a couple of months. I’ve also seen the way you looked, the amount of fat you had around your neck means your going to have to completely stay away from junk food. 6’2/6’3? The way you were angling that photo made it seem like you were 5’9 as well. But In Shaa Allah everything goes well.
