What hell are you on about? Burco is a old city specially the central parts so of course a lot of the town planning was done during Somalia & British government including the main bridge which was built under the former government of Somalia. All those towers were built by local businessmen nothing to do with Somaliland.

Burco peace is possible due to the locals that entered a ceasefire in 1997 and each sticks to their neighborhood, so of course it is peaceful as everyone in the neighborhood is the same. Kids trying to convince me the same Somaliland that failed in Ceel Afweyn a small town for 5 years until the locals agreed a ceasefire keeps Burco peaceful.
