@Amun You are conflating New World citizenship with the European model of the ethnic citizen.
Even Dugin seems confused about this because the seamless transition from immigrant or refugee to full citizenship he is talking about does not happen in Europe. That kind of transition is only possible in the New World model of citizenship where everyone is already an immigrant.
He should read up on the Maghrebis in France and Turks of Germany. Europe pretends to conform to the "Western Liberalism" Dugin is criticizing, but it is a false notion. Full integration, and in time "de-ethnicization" is only possible in the New World. Even in places like the US and Canada it is actually becoming more difficult than before as immigrants become ever more diverse, But to argue that Europe ever had anything like the culture of assimilation that places like Canada and the US have is not serious.
