Am a heavy smoker and nobody knows, i am the accounting head of a medium sized family company and everybody has full confidence in me but the moment anyone finds out I will be grouped with the qasaro kids and loose a lot of credibility. Truth is it’s very hard to do the job drug free. Am working almost 24/7 and no other trusted family member can do what i do, the rich Adeer only trusts family on sensitive sectors of the business. Every other young family member dropped out, am the only graduate.

In a very calm manner, tell your uncle (the business owner) about your addiction in private. Tell him you can't possibly do the job perfectly without smoking couple of cigarettes. That way you won't be exposed to future scandals. If your uncle secretly knows then it won't be much of a problem in the future.
