According to Africa Intelligence back in January he told Interpol that Kulmiye financial backers are
involved in the trafficking of weapons, children, oil and drugs in response to the Nairobi Star
article which published propagenda against Cirro which it later removed and apologized for.
I have to say whoever Safina is, he is rageedi and didn't hestitate to spill the dirty laundry to
Interpol.

"On Jan. 3, Somaliland’s traditional leaders held a mediation between the speaker of the House of Representatives and presidential candidate of the main opposition party, Wadani, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi, known as Cirro, and the ruling Kulmiye candidate, Moussa Bihi Abdi. According to our sources, they intervened at the request of Mohamed Said Guedi, the head of telecoms company Somcable who is reputedly close to Abdi. Wadani’s secretary for Arab affairs, Ahmed Safina, in early January told Interpol officials in Nairobi that Guedi was involved in the trafficking of weapons, oil , children and drugs between Somaliland and Yemen.
Safina’s accusations against Guedi, the shareholders of whose company include the first ladies of Somaliland and Djibouti Amina Mohamed Jirde and Kadra Maha-moud Haid (ION 1426), came in response to an article published on on Dec. 23 on the website of Nairobi’s Star newspaper. "
