My first experience with Chinese Martial Arts was when I was just 18 and for over a year, I did Tai Chi Qi Qong.
Today we have available information on Martial Arts, there is this one channel (on Youtube) with a Kung Fu Monk who gives out advice and trains online (on Zoom) with his followers.
(Mike Chang; my teenage role model left his old company to find his true self. He still workouts, with his new training method "the Flow" which is 40-60 minutes, divided into three parts, with breathing technics, bodyweight exercises, and meditation). I had him on Zoom in August (it was my forever dream to talk to him!!)
