Nah there's no excuse for lazinimo, the pics I shared were of old somalis, they probably have many children and wealth but they still look very fit and healthy. They didn't have excess of anything like our prophet Muhammad pbuh taught us. As Muslims were supposed to be disciplined, pray our 5 salahs on time and at the masjid and at the same time provide for our family, it isn't a religion for indolent people

Its more to do with diet , he has too much bodyfat and no muscle mass.

It’s the lack of muscle that makes the fat look bad. If you have a solid foundation then the fat doesn’t look so sloppy. It goes for both genders too. Clothing helps the women hide it. It should be mandatory for every 18 year old to go to a gym
