In all seriousness, he lacks gravitas, is not suave enough in the ways of illustrious natural leaders, born or created, never worked for real institutions, or in corridors of power with great leaders, never learnt how balance of powers amongst his contemporaries works, was never educated in brinkmanship or diplomacy, and in just humble person by nature. Put it blatantly, he comes across as if the errand boy delivering parcels in offices in my line of work, or in an open fruit / veg market on high street, not in an esteemed government office.

He doesn’t understand Erdogan and his type, you cant show weakness. Showing weakness mean loss of respect. Be stoic and reactions less, not cuddling up to another equal. He is the president of a nation.

He can't appear as a respectable president when he's the president of Somalia, his people are one of the most uneducated and tribalistic people in the world, you would look down in shame too if you were representing a poor third world country with 5 *presidents, all outcompeting each other for the same slice of bread,, from the same guy..
