@dhagax you mean virtualization?

I got my desktop which I never use. The specs on that are :

512gb gb Samsung Evo SSD
8x2 corsair ddr3 ram (16gb in total)
MSI GeForce 970 4gb
I7 4470k

My MacBook I use the most for general stuff, like watching movies or browsing the Web. I recently upgraded that.

8x2 ram ddr3 (16gb)
256 gb crucial mx200 ssd
I7 uhh forgot the exact model but I know it's a broadwell quad-core chip that runs at 2.6ghZ. Suprisngly the benchmarks for this cpu are still amazing even tho I got my laptop in 2012.
It has some sort of integrated graphics and a Nvidia 680m. I use the integrated video card 99% of the time because it eats up less battery and power.

My 2nd laptop I usually use for work or school or sometimes when I do more serious stuff. It's the legendary ThinkPad t420. One of the last good laptops they made over there. I just use it for Linux, programming and doing some network shit. It has almost the exact same specs as my mac book minus the dedicated card

Hemaal

Jet life till my next life
VIP
XYZ FX8370 9 core
IHY 990 gaming Board
128GB MEMORY
Gforce GTX 950i
500GB SSD
48 inch LED samsung monitor
9TB NAS.

You study programming ?

I do a lot of virtualization on both my laptops. It usually depends on two things, memory and processing power. Thats why I stuck 16gb of ram in both and got i7 processors in both. You can do it on laptops given you have enough ram and cpu power

Who are you kidding :westbrookswag:

lol the funniest part about his post is how he's trying to bs about his imaginary setup and he can't even do it properly. There's no such thing as a XYZ FX 8370 9 core. They have the 8 core model.....but that's a budget CPU. You can get that at amazon for less than 200. Again with his GPU, that's another budget model. You can get that on the cheap. kkkkkk atleast put effort into your bs man cmon

Intel Core i7-5960X 3.0GHz 8-Core Processor OCed @ 4.1
Kingston HyperX Fury Black 64GB
EVGA GeForce GTX Titan X 12GB Superclocked (saving up for sli atm)
Samsung evo SSD 1TB

I am still working on two shite 21.5 Acer displays but I have spent all the money I had allocated on the rig so a decent monitor should wait a little while.

Edit:

My laptop is the same 2012 model posted above with the same addition of ssd and upgrade to 16gb RAM, I recently did some bench tests and save for the graphics card it performed surprisingly well.

war bootada nagadaa, that setup would cost +- $4000. :sass2:

Why would you SLI that. RIP to your power/electricity bill. Anyways from a practical standpoint it doesn't make sense. You're not working at a animation studio rendering intense 3d models so you would never even need half of that 12gb video ram, let alone SLI. Why all you niggas in this thread have to lie so much lool
