soley judging on weight is dumb since height has to also be taken in account as well. it’s all about proportions and physique

As a rough estimate, a 5ft girl should weigh below 55kg, whereas the upper limit for a 5ft 9 girl would be around 70kg, unless they work out.
Same for guys tbh. Having significant muscle mass can change these guidelines, but for most people, BMI works out alright.
