I’m going to be a tiger mum , my aunty is one all her kids are mentally stable , on their deen and go to best unis and have great jobs .

Ngl the ones that do badly have parents that are not involved in their educational life especially.

Extremely strict I’ve grown up with a lot of hooligans at school because their parents didn’t discipline these xoolos at home. Might have to beat them multiple times a day to let them know wassup

Yh that’s true , my sister wanted a guitar and my dad got her one , took music lessons .
I did football.
But my children are going into the medical field like me

Not interested in having children,
but if this paradigm changes, I'd be a relaxed kind of parent. Get them into Arts and readings.
But most importantly, I have to get to know them and shape my parenting to their level.


Parents who have a clear vision of what's parenting tend to be strict and severe, while it can be helpful to discipline your children, but don't forget that they can turn their backs at you and hate you for not allowing them to be children; free-spirited and joyful.

I've been in both situations, with a strict parenting style and a more relaxed one.
I'd always pick the relaxed one. f*ck the strict rules, they don't work for everyone.

Im going to raise my children with deen from a young age , early years to high school ill make sure they attend islamic schools. I would also visit Somalia during summer vacations with them to learn the language and culture.


ill also make sure they do extra activities like swimming, basketball, learn another language etc and learn too cook and clean from the ages of 8
