Wallahi I don’t know. It’s not a one word answer. Al Shabab earns more than our federal government. Amisom are just here to collect a salary. The government could easily freeze their assets but for whatever reason decide not to. Some clans are unfortunately affiliated with Al Shabab.
Unity and commitment, very simple. If all Somalis or a large portion atleast were united and committed to exterminate these terrorist Cockroaches to Hell where they belong, they wouldn’t exist anymore. Unfortunately, we have an incompetent government and incompetent people. Fighting a rival qabiil is more important to these braindead losers than fighting Al-Shaytan rats. Somalia’s future doesn’t look bright.
