10k jets? ar u hallucinating my nigga? even a billion won't get you 10 top of the line jets today.

300k army is much more realistic, since our neighboring countries don't have a an adequate air force i would recommend to instead buy long range ballistic missile, you can deliver MOAB'S long range to decimate enemies than move in your 300k men. Air Force against african countries is a waste of resources and time.
