If it's a large stream then why not?
100k is not a large stream, Hate to break it to you.
50k a year is what’s necessary to pay for university in the west, if you’re not going for a terribly uni. A house? At very Minimum 180k in a medium size city.
What’s so bad about having two steady streams of income at around a middle class rate at 100k and in the end being much more comfortable than having the wife at home (other than a while after childbirth of course)?

I think you have a very close-minded perspective on the world as an American. That might be the case in the States, but in Canada post-secondary is a lot more affordable. About 10 k each year. So 40 k for a bachelor's. So for less than 10 k the yearly tuition for an American university student you can complete a four-year degree here. In the UK it's a similar rate, 9000 per year for home students but in Wales only 4 k for Welsh only though. If you've never heard of it, Wales is a country east of England. I know this must be a headache for you. And in many European countries it's completely free of charge. So don't try to paint the West with one brush. You're extremely ignorant and don't know what you're talking about at all.

How are you going to pull 40k out of your pockets while living off of 100k a year though? If you’re living a decently comfortable lifestyle, 50k would be towards expenses, another portion would probably be towards saving for a house/car/insurance, what’s left for multiple childrens’ tuition?
I understand that other nations’ have lower tuition but 100k and raising the average Somali family of 6-10 and paying for all of that tuition isn’t gonna work out almost anywhere. Insulting my knowledge on geography, nice

Typical of you. I didn't even insult your knowledge of geography in this one, why are you waffling??

There are things such as grants and scholarships. Working a part time job is more than enough to take care of your personal expenses. There are sites online that offer free textbooks etc. why tf would you be saving for a house while attending school? Seems like your priorities aren’t in order

kkkkk
Typical of me in what sense? The math is all right :mjdontkno:
You can’t physically send 6 kids to university for 4 years each even in countries like Canada and the UK where tuition is like 1/4 of US tuition. Unless you had say top tier saving skills and starved your children their entire lives lmaoo
What’s wrong with having an extra income, remind me please?

Do you know how difficult grants and scholarships are to get? Even then the larger ones aren’t necessarily for kids and are nearly impossible to get for those who are in that 75k+ family income range.

And funny how you got owned but have the auducity to use that emoji. Makes no sense at all. When did I say I'd live in Canada? And even if I were to, who knows what the future tuition rates will be? You can't say for certain. Who said I'll have between 6 and 10 children either, or that my family will even be Somali. You don't know where I'll live in the future or even if I will live at all. There's a real possibility I won't have to pay for multiple university degrees. And even if I do, only partially. There are just so many variables at play here it would take ages to name them all. What if I do live but decide not to have children? Too many factors.

Rip to Americans in Canada if your grades were good in highschool and you live at home your tuition is more than manageable
