The country of Somalia will still be a corrupt failed state. It’s inhabitants will still be fighting over tribalism in the year 2030.
The diaspora will forget their roots and fully assimilate into their host countries. Somali gangsters and criminals will continue to tarnish our reputation.
Somalis will inevitably lose their language and culture and become more “westernized”.
In the end, Somalinimo will die a heavy death.
Sadly, this is our future.

I’m afraid it will be a lot worse then better. The diaspora was great in the early 2000s but once the 10s hit shit just went left. While at somalia it is a complete and utter hell hole, all we can do is leave it in gods hands.
Somalia will most def be better. more investment, more peace, more returnees and so forth.
Somali diaspora in the west will be worse more self hating liberal somali women, more gay somali men, more crime, more children born out of wedlock and less marriages. There are however a group in the diaspora which will be very highly educated, respectable, on their deen and such, but they will be less because its harder to take that route then the other.

You are all so negative, just because you hang out with shit people with no aspirations, the diaspora will get more wealthier as more young people are getting into universities and getting professional jobs, there will be a stark contrast between those who live in lower income areas and got into gangs and those Who done well and are on their deen, so in the future somalis will be more classist than qabilist there will be no somalinimo if you are qasaaro, Somalis will be selective in who they hang out and marry and wealthier somalis will try and have say in how somalia goes as they are the ones who will exploit it therefore wealth inequities will increase in Somalia
