Both General Thomas Waldhauser, head of United States Africa Command and Russia foreign minister Sergey Lavrov visited Somalia on the future military matters. Both countries have different forms of policies when it comes to Somalia. Also not to forget Turkey has taken it to the next step in building a military base.
With almost everyone in the big 5 at the UN security council agreeing on ending the embargo, hypothetically who would you pick?
